Product Introduction
Fickert abrasive brushes are a powerful tool utilized for polishing and achieving an antique surface or leather surface on granite, quartz, and ceramic tile.
These brushes are made with four different materials - diamond, silicon carbide, steel, and steel rope. The diamond and silicon carbide materials provide a superior polishing ability, while the steel and steel rope materials are used for more aggressive texturing and increase the durability & longevity of the brush.
This diamond abrasive brushes are attached to nylon PA612 with diamond grain wires using a strong adhesive, allowing them to easily and effectively reach all corners of the slabs for a uniform finish. Overall, Fickert abrasive brushes are an essential component for achieving a stylish antique surface on various types of stones.

Sequence of abrasive brushes making antique surface on granite:

(2) Diamond brush 36# 46# 60# 80# 120# to make uneven scratch surface;
(3) Silicon carbide brush 80# 120# 180# 240# 320# 400# 600# polishing the uneven surface;

Feature: The diamond fickert brush can be easily attached to continuous automatic polishing machine and used for grinding the surfaces of natural stones to achieve antique or aged appearance.It has a high hardness and cutting ability which allows the brush to remove the surface material of natural stones easily,as well as longer lifespan. Due to their durability, they last longer and require fewer replacements comparing to other synthetic abrasive brush.

Normally there’s no quantity limited, but if for samples testing, we do suggest you take the enough quantity so you can obtain the desired effect.
For examples, our production capacity for abrasive brushes is 8000 pieces per day. If goods are in stock, we will send out within 1-2 days, if out of stock, production time might be 5-7 days, because the new orders have to wait in line, but we will try our best to deliver ASAP.

These abrasive tools are consumable commodities, normally we support refund within 3 months if any defective issue(which normally won’t happen). Please make sure keep the abrasive in dry and cool circumstance, in theory, the validity is 2-3 years. We suggest that clients purchase enough consumption for three months of production, rather than stocking too much at one time.
Yes, we can customize the goods as per your drawing, but it will involve mould fee and require bulk quantity. Mould time will takes 30-40 days normally.
